ingredients
2 1/2 cups large blueberries, can be frozen and thawed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons tapioca
directions
In a 2-quart saucepan combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bring mixture to a full boil stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and ladle into 1-cup individual dessert bowls. Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with whipped cream.
