1 cup cold milk
1 cup cold strong coffee
1 package (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
whipped topping (optional)
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder (optional)
directions
In a medium bowl, mix milk, coffee, pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat according to package directions.
Pour into dessert glasses. Chill. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
Note: For stronger coffee flavor, add instant coffee powder before beating.
