Rum Raisin Balls

ingredients
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon rum extract
2 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup coconut
2/3 cup ground pecans
2/3 cup raisins
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
sugar for rolling
directions
Combine oats, orange juice and rum extract in large bowl. Cover; let stand 1 hour.
Add powdered sugar and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT sugar for rolling; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours).
Roll heaping teaspoonfuls of cookie dough into 1" balls. Roll in sugar to coat evenly.
Store in air tight container at room temperature to blend flavors.
