I was looking for a simple recipe for baked tilapia and came across this online. I didn't quite have all the ingredients it asked for so I did a little improvising. In place of the actual lemon juice I used a lemon pepper marinade and let it sit for 20 mins. In place of the garlic clove I used 1/8 TSP garlic powder which is about the equivalant of one clove. I must say this turned out to be the best tilapia bake I have ever tasted and made. This is extremely easy to make especially for someone such as myself who isn't your everyday cook. You can't go wrong with this. I hope you love it as much I do!
