ingredients
1 1/2 pound red potatoes, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Barbecue Seasoning (or to taste)
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Add Barbecue Seasoning; toss until evenly coated.
Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan coated with no stick cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned, stirring halfway through cook time.
