ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese
2 tablespoons canned jalapeno peppers, sliced
8 ounces baked low-fat tortilla chips
directions
Brown beef in a nonstick skillet. Drain well. Add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place in a serving bowl and top with salsa, cheese and jalapenos. Dip with tortilla chips.
