I think this recipe could be good with more precise directions. Not stating what size ca of beans, or what size jar of salsa may have been why my "easy beef nachos" came out very dry. Not sure if my beef, bean and salsa mixture was suppose to be soupy, thin, or pasty after cooking until blended and heated. Mine was very thick and spooned over the chips like paste. I used a 16 oz can of refried beans and a 16 oz jar of salsa. Wondering if we put some of the cheese on the chips first or some salsa over the meat mixture?? might have helped. My husband doctored it up with all sorts of stuff to make it eatable. This was my first attempt of a "nacho" recipe at home as we generally eat it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
