ingredients
1 stick butter
6 large beets
1 onion
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 quart water
directions
Bring the water to boil. Add butter. Peel and grate onion and beets.
Cook approximately 1/2 hour until beets are cooked.
