1 pound smoked salmon
1/8 cup heavy cream
1 drop Tabasco sauce (more if desired)
1/2 teaspoon drained horseradish
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon minced dried chives
salt and white pepper to taste
Add the salmon to a food processor. Pulse process until chopped up. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the pate is smooth.
