Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl. Drizzle it evenly with the olive oil and toss lightly to coat the popcorn in the oil.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and cheese over the popcorn and toss again to blend everything.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
