Shrimp Roll-Ups

ingredients
8 ounces cooked salad shrimp
14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 1/2 ounces ripe olives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons cocktail sauce
6 flour tortillas
directions
Combine shrimp, artichoke hearts and olives in a bowl. Mix well. Add salt and mix again.
In small bowl combine the cream cheese and cocktail sauce; mix well. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each tortilla; top with 1/2 cup shrimp and artichoke mixture. Roll up tortilla, jelly-roll style. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Before serving, slice each roll into 1" pieces.
