The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 package raw broccoli, cut small
1 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 tablespoon Accent
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
directions
Mix all ingredients well, except broccoli. Add broccoli and marinate 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve.
HINT: I like to use a variety of vegetables, zucchini, cauliflower, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots.
