1/2 cup toasted almonds or pecans
high fiber crackers (optional)
directions
If desired, carefully remove coating from top surface of cheese. Place cheese in an 8- or 9-inch chafing dish. Sprinkle nuts over the top.
Set over simmering water. As cheese melts, scrape up with high fiber crackers.
