Italian Raw Mushroom Salad

1/2 pound mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
directions
Cut stem ends from mushrooms and reserve for another use. Wipe caps with damp paper towels and slice evenly.
Mix remaining ingredients and add mushrooms. Toss. Let stand at room temperature about 2 hours.
