ingredients
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs, separated
1 medium onion, grated
directions
Beat egg yolks. Add mushroom soup and grated onions.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into egg yolk and soup mixture.
Pour into small greased souffle dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes.
