1 pound frozen scallops
Marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Cook scallops according to package directions. Drain.
Mix marinade and pour over scallops and marinate them overnight. Serve with toothpicks.
