ingredients
2 cups quinoa, cooked
1 cup raw shrimp, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Dipping sauce
1/2 cup tamari (soy sauce)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or cider vinegar
3/4 cup water
directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix will and form into one inch balls.
Deep fry until golden brown.
For Dipping Sauce: Mix well.
