ingredients
1 1/2 cup uncooked basmati rice
2 3/4 cups water
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 pinch kosher salt
directions
Bring water and salt to a rolling boil in a 1 1/2 quart sauce pan. Add lime juice and rice. Stir and reduce heat to simmer. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered and warm until ready to serve.
