Pan-Fried Scallops With Bacon

12 scallops, shelled and prepared
4 slices smoked bacon
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 dash lemon juice
directions
Cut each scallop in half. Cut bacon into small pieces. Heat a heavy skillet and fry bacon until beginning to brown. Reduce heat to medium low.
Cook scallops for a minute either side. Be careful not to overcook. Add parsley and lemon juice and heat through for 1 minute. Serve at once.
