Relive the flavors of your favorite cookie in this snickerdoodle-flavored instant coffee mix. Just add the coffee mix to hot water and enjoy.

ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons powdered instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
directions
Combine all the ingredients in an airtight container. Shake well to combine.
To use the snickerdoodle coffee mix, place 3 tablespoons of the mix in a heat-proof mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir gently.
