10 parts white cornmeal
3 parts borax
Combine the cornmeal and borax in a deep container. Gently press flowers into the mixture, covering them completely with the mixture. Let the flowers sit undisturbed, and uncovered, for 2 weeks.
Carefully remove the flowers from the mixture and shake off the drying formula. Use the dried flowers as desired.

This worked! It was a little tricky to get the drying residue off the flowers so I used a small art brush which was perfect (a makeup brush would work also). It's amazing how good the flowers turned out.
