ingredients
1 package (16 ounce size) angel hair pasta
2 cans (15 ounce size) sliced stewed tomatoes, well drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped cooked broccoli
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
directions
Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the pasta and cook until done. Drain well and place in a large bowl.
Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, broccoli, garlic, oregano, basil, and thyme. Mix gently then serve immediately. If desired, season with salt and pepper.
