1 package (5 ounce size) Yukon chips or other thick-sliced potato chips
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
directions
Pile the chips on a microwave-safe dish and sprinkle with the garlic powder. Scatter the cheese over the top.
Microwave at full power until the cheese is melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
