A creamy, frosty, non-alcoholic tropical banana punch.

5 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
46 ounces pineapple juice
4 cups sugar
5 cups water
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
5 quarts ginger ale
Combine the bananas and 2 cups of the pineapple juice in a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large freezer-safe container. Add the remaining pineapple juice, sugar, water, orange juice, and lemonade. Mix until the sugar dissolves. Place in the freezer until frozen.
When ready to serve, scoop the frozen banana mixture with an ice cream scoop into a punch bowl. Add the ginger ale and stir gently. Serve immediately.
