It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
chocolate sprinkles
Grease a pan or dish and set aside.
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Cook, while stirring, until the mixture thickens and starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
Pour the mixture into the greased dish and let cool completely.
Place the chocolate sprinkles in a shallow dish.
Grease your hands well and form the chocolate mixture into balls about the size of a cherry. Roll the balls in the chocolate sprinkles and let set until firm.
Store in an airtight container.
