under 30 minutes
ingredients
8 ounces uncooked spaghetti pasta
1 (6 inch size) baguette, day old
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup capers, chopped
1/4 parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
directions
In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until tender but firm, about 10 minutes. Reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid, drain and return to pot.
Meanwhile cut the baguette into cubes, then in food processor until peas size pieces. Set aside.
In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; fry crumbs and garlic, until garlic is golden, about 4 minutes. Stir in capers, parsley and lemon juice. Add to drained pasta along with reserved cooking liquid; heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet. This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
