Chicken Tortilla And Salsa Casserole

ingredients
6 large flour tortillas, cut into 1" strips
1 1/2 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
1 1/2 cup salsa
2 cups corn (frozen or canned)
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spread a light coating of salsa on the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking pan, then line it with four of the cut up tortillas.
Mix the chicken, salsa, and corn in the pan and top with remaining tortilla strips. Sprinkle the cheese and olives on top of the casserole. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
