This easy crock pot dinner is made with boneless chicken, stuffing mix, frozen broccoli, broccoli cheese soup, and chicken broth.

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 box (6 ounce size) stuffing mix for chicken
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can (10.75 ounce size) broccoli cheese soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
Grease the inside of the crock pot.
Place the chicken in the crock pot.
Combine the stuffing mix, frozen broccoli, broccoli soup, and broth in a bowl until the stuffing mix is coated. Spoon the stuffing and broccoli mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken with the stuffing.

This recipe works wonderful my kids love it. We take out the crockpot insert and put it in the oven with a sprinkle of bread crumbs across the top. Bake till brown and it seems to vanish quickly.
