Caramelized peaches and cream make for an easy dessert twist on the classic creme brulee.

ingredients
2 cups canned peach halves, well-drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
directions
Preheat the oven broiler.
Place the peach halves, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish. Spoon sour cream into the center part of each peach. Sprinkle them evenly with the brown sugar.
Place the peaches in the oven and broil 4-6 inches from the heat source until the brown sugar is caramelized.
Serve the peaches immediately or place in the refrigerator to chill and serve cold.
