ingredients
2 pounds boneless pork ribs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 bottle (8 ounce size) Catalina salad dressing
directions
Add the ribs to the crock pot. Sprinkle the onion and garlic over the top. Drizzle the salad dressing over all.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-7 hours or until the ribs are cooked and tender.

These ribs are the best. Simple to make too. I double it and use my largest crock pot (6 people in my family).

Delicious. Simple to make. The ribs fell apart and we had it over rice. Everyone loved it. I cooked it on high for the first 2 hrs. to shorten the cooking time.
