ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
25 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
directions
Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Add onion. Heat until onion is just soft. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Add spaghetti sauce and water.
Bring to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni to skillet. Stir. Cover and let simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Serve hot.
