ingredients
1 filet mignon (1 inch thick)
salt and pepper
2 strips bacon
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown gravy
1/4 cup red wine
directions
Salt and pepper filet steak and wrap in two strips of bacon. Saute onion, green pepper, and tomato sauce in 2 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes. Add wine and gravy.
Broil steak and place in casserole. Pour hot sauce over it and bake at 450 degrees F for 2 minutes.
