Give your mustard a little zip. Great on brats, burgers, sandwiches, salmon, and more. Also makes a good dipping sauce for chicken nuggets.

ingredients
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup tequila
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
directions
Combine the mustard, tequila, lime juice, and orange peel in a bowl. Whisk well.
Use the tequila lime mustard immediately or store in the refrigerator in a covered container. Flavors are best if refrigerated overnight but it can be used immediately.
