1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley
2 tablespoons oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Combine all.
For Use: Brush meat (1 lb of chicken, pork or beef) with olive oil. Place coating in paper bag, drop meat in, shake to coat. Arrange meat in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for one hour.
