ingredients
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups raisin bran
1 1/3 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup honey
directions
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Pour milk over raisin bran, stir, and let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in eggs, melted butter, and honey. Add dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in a muffin comes out clean.

Makes a good muffin. I like using the honey instead of sugar. These were easy to make and I'll sure make them again!
