Slow Cooker Savory Scalloped Cabbage

ingredients
1 can (10.75 ounce size) low fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped pimiento, drained
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
8 cups shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
directions
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray
In prepared container, combine mushroom soup, pimiento, and Cheddar cheese. Add cabbage, carrots, and onion. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Mix well before serving.
