ingredients

1 pound cabbage (chopped finely)
1 pound spinach
1/2 pound (grated) paneer (cottage cheese)
1 small onion, (chopped finely)
salt, to taste
3 chopped green chile
1 teaspoon white peppercorns
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cornflour
6 tablespoons butter

NOTE: This delicious French preparation with a Indian twist makes it a very tasty dish. Must try for vegetarians.

Boil water and dip the spinach. Remove and chop.

Heat butter and add onion and fry for a minute. Add chopped cabbage, green chili and salt. Cook for a few minutes and add cottage cheese. Add cornflour mixed in milk. Cook until thickens.

Remove from heat. Pour in a baking dish. Garnish with shredded cheese and white pepper powder. Bake for about five minutes in preheated oven.
