1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 can (16 ounce size) pork 'n beans
1 can (16 ounce size) butter beans, drained
1 can (16 ounce size) kidney beans, drained
1 can (16 ounce size) pinto beans, drained
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is soft. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the ground beef and onion to the crock pot with the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 1 hour. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2-3 hours more or until the ingredients are heated through.
