ingredients
20 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
10 ounces mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese, sliced
directions
In large skillet, saute onion, beef and garlic until meat browns and onion is tender. Add hot sauce, oregano, salt, pepper and mushrooms; simmer for 5 minutes. Add spinach, sour cream and soup, mixing well.
Pour into buttered 8" baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.

This is one of my favorite casseroles. The only change I make is to use 1/2 Spinach & 1/2 chopped Kale.
