Spinach-Broccoli Buffet Casserole

ingredients
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups sour cream
1 package dry onion soup mix
salt, to taste
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
directions
Cook spinach and broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
Combine sour cream and soup mix; stir into spinach and broccoli. Season with salt. Place in casserole.
Bake, covered, in preheated 325 degree F oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven; top with cheese.
