6 cups mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon butter, melted
directions
Cook beef in frying pan until it is browned. Drain.
Add onion, green pepper, corn, tomatoes, garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
Pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Spread cheese soup over mixture. Spread mashed potatoes over dish, smoothing evenly. Brush surface with butter.
Bake in a 325 degrees F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
