Deer Enchilada Casserole

ingredients
1 pound ground venison
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon diced jalapeno pepper (optional)
Layer Ingredients
10 flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup crushed corn chips
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
directions
In 9" x 13" pan, line bottom with half the tortillas, spread half the refried beans over the tortillas. Place half the meat mixture next; top with half the chopped onions. Layer again in the same order.
Top with corn chips first, then the cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven, covered, for 45 minutes.
