Basic Baked Veal Parmesan

ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 serving size pieces veal, 1/2 inch thick
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Turn on oven and set at 350 degrees F. Melt butter or margarine in a 12 by 8 inch pan in the oven.
Dip veal in evaporated milk and roll in a mixture of remaining ingredients. Put in pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, mix evaporated milk and grated Parmesan cheese. Remove veal from oven and top with milk and cheese mixture. Pour tomato sauce around the veal and spoon over meat.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
