ingredients
non-stick cooking spray 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/3 cup finely chopped celery 1 pound lean ground lamb 1 cup soft breadcrumbs 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie ketchup 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and celery; saute 5 minutes.
Combine onion mixture, lamb, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well.
Divide mixture into equal portions, shaping each into a 4-inch patty. Place patties on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray, and place rack on a broiler pan. Broil 5-1/2 inches from heat 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
