Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

ingredients
6 whole chicken breasts, flattened
6 slices ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
directions
Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on flattened chicken breast. Roll chicken breast and fasten with toothpick.
Roll in flour mixture. Place mushrooms and chicken broth in bottom of crock pot. Place breast on top. Top with soups and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours. Serve with rice.

Very good dish. As a presentation I place Cordon Bleu in the center of the plate surrounded by (brown) rice on the inside and broccoli spears (cut in half lengthwise)on the outside. Then drizzle mushroom soup over the cordon bleu and rice and top with paprika
