ingredients

1 1/2 pound beef tenderloin, cut in thin pieces
2 cups spaghetti, broken in pieces
4 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper, to taste

directions

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for about 12 minutes. Drain off water.

Melt the butter in a large skillet. When butter is foaming, fry quickly the tenderloin and onion for about 4 minutes.

Add the spaghetti and salt and pepper. Mix well together and serve.
