Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

Very tasty- My wife loved it-I'd make it again. I found it easier to brown the almonds in a small pan on the stove with about half the butter(1/6 cup).

Couldn't help but place under the broiler just long enough to crisp the fish slightly. Rave reviews from my guests, thank you.
