Honey-Lime Marinated Swordfish

ingredients
2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 pound swordfish steaks
directions
In shallow glass baking dish, combine lime peel, lime juice, honey and oil, mixing well. Stir in cilantro. Add swordfish, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate, turning swordfish occasionally.
Heat broiler. Lightly spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place swordfish on broiler pan and discard marinade. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes or until fish just begins to flake.
