ingredients

4 halibut steaks, 6 ounces each
1 1/2 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup black olive, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
black pepper, to taste

directions

Place halibut steaks on well-oiled grill over hot coals. Grill 10 minutes, turning steaks once or twice during grilling, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Combine tomato, cheese, onion, olive, garlic, capers and thyme in a small bowl. Mix well. Add pepper to taste. Serve with fish.
