Halibut steaks marinated in vinegar, honey and onion cook up quickly to tangy, flaky goodness on the George Foreman grill. Throw on some asparagus or zucchini while you're at it to round out the meal.
1 1/2 pound halibut steaks
1/3 cup onion, minced
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 pinch black pepper
lemon wedges
Cut halibut into 6 pieces; place in plastic bag.
Combine onion, vinegar, honey and pepper; pour over fish. Seal bag and marinate, refrigerated, for 30 minutes, rotating bag occasionally.
Remove steaks from marinade. Grease and pre-heat George Foreman Grill. Grill halibut for 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
